Well done girls! and congratulation to all riders we had no eliminations!
The final day of the PCAQ State Championships was Cross Country and Showjumping. The Cross Country course was extremely challenging and there werea large numer of eliminations. Those who were eliminated were in good company. In the 12 Years and Under age group 8 out of the 13 riders were eliminated. In the Group 1 Intro Group 10 out of 23 riders were eliminated. Even in the higher groups it was tough going with only one Pre-Novice rider getting around without elimination. Of our 5 riders only Elizabeth Ballard on Mr Morrocco and Thomas Ballard on Bramley Star managed to get around the xc course without elimination. All our riders went clear in their respective showjumping and final results saw Elizabeth Ballard in 5th Place and Thomas Ballard in 13th Place.
Our riders presented themselves beautifully for the week and have done our Zone and Club proud.
