BPC Committee Meetings:

General Meetings are held at the Club Grounds 7:30pm on 2nd Monday night of each month and Committee Meetings are held on the 4th Monday night of each month, at the same time and venue. 

     (Meeting dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances)

All members are welcome to attend General Meetings to vote and discuss issues.  Members are welcome to attend as observers to Committee Meetings.  Only Committee members can vote at these meetings.

Remember that all the people who hold any positions in our Club are volunteers, many with outside, lives, jobs, children, families etc so please be appreciative of their time and patient with getting a response.

The Club welcomes input from Members and hopes that we see you at meetings to help decide the direction and running of the club.​
